Shipping
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Orders in the United States shipped First Class are usually delivered in 3-5 days. Priority shipments are usually 1-3 days after it leaves the warehouse. For international customers can depend on where you are, the efficiency of your local postal delivery and customs. Generally international orders can take 1-3 weeks.
YES. We ship worldwide! Simply select your shipping country at checkout.
Depending on the country you live there may be customs fees or taxes when your order arrives in your country. These fees/taxes are you the buyers responsibility. If an order is returned due to failure to pay customs fees/taxes you will not be refunded for any shipping fees.
Returns
Of course we accept returns!
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. If your return is received after 30 days, it will be returned to sender unless you receive authorization from us. With this being said, WE ARE FLEXIBLE. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@skygraphx.com
NOTE: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Items returned will be refunded for total sale amount minus shipping costs. This includes items returned to sender due to missing/incomplete address etc.

We cannot accept returns that smell like cigarette smoke, have animal hair on them, or show any wear or tear.
We recommend you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with evidence of the return in the event that your package is lost in transit. Skygraphx is not responsible for lost or missing returns.
